Summit County real estate at a glance

Condominium prices ended the year down by 19.5% on 36% fewer sales. November and December were the first months when there were more condominiums sold than in 2008. December average prices topped those of 2008 for the first time since April of 2009. There were a total of 1920 properties listed for sale last week, as inventory remains stable.
