Our market continues to climb out of its hole and there were more sales last month than the previous January. This is the third straight month of improving sales. Prices are still finding the support level, however, and at $512,700 were down 9.4% from last January, about the same level as in 2007.There were a total of 1,947 properties listed for sale last week. 1,065 sold last year.
