Officials are warning the public about a man spotted masturbating in the trees near the shoreline of Giberson Bay and the Heaton Bay Campground while watching females recreating on the lake.
The Summit County Sheriff’s Office said three reports have been made regarding a slender white male, in his early 20s, approximately 5 foot, 9 inches tall to 6 feet tall, and ear- to shoulder-length dirty blonde hair. The incidents occurred between the hours of 11-11:30 a.m.
The male was spotted wearing “possibly blue shorts, t-shirt possibly white with graphics and white baseball cap,” according to the news release.
Detectives aren’t sure if the man had a vehicle, bicycle or is on foot.
If you see this person, immediately call Summit County 911 Center Dispatch at 970-668-8600.
