Summit County State of the River meeting set for today

The Colorado River District is holding its annual Summit County State of the River meeting at 6:30 p.m., at the Summit County Community and Senior Center near Frisco.This is a time when water users, recreationists and citizens can learn how the water year is shaping up in the Colorado River and its tributaries, including the Blue River, Snake River and Ten Mile Creek. Presentations will be given by Summit County Water commissioner Scott Hummer, Denver Water, the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Colorado Springs Utilities, the Colorado River District and others.
