The Summit County government is hosting an open house for the proposed Lake Hill workforce housing development outside of Frisco.

Two events will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 28. The first will be in the morning from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Summit School District Training Center, located at 152 School Road, Frisco. The second will be from 5-7 p.m. at the Summit Community & Senior Center, located at 83 Nancy’s Place, Frisco.

The planned development, which has been in the works for years, could bring hundreds of new affordable homes aimed at working residents in addition to senior housing and a child care center.
