Re-elect Russ Camp to town council

I strongly urge the citizens of the Silverthorne to re-elect Russ Camp for Silverthorne Town Council by April 5.

As a member of the Silverthorne Planning Commission, Russ kept an open mind and thoroughly reviewed the projects that came before the commission. He was called on to make difficult decisions and did so in a professional manner, always keeping in mind the Town Code and what was best for the citizens of Silverthorne.

Russ is a devoted volunteer and can always be found at Silverthorne community service days such as Town Clean-Up day and Make a Difference Day. We on the SPORT Committee can always count on Russ when we need help — he is truly dedicated to Silverthorne and its citizens.

While on town council, he has contributed greatly to the progress made toward achieving Silverthorne’s vision of having a downtown. His support of the Silverthorne Performing Arts Center is just one example of his ability to see that vision and support ways in which to achieve it.

Please vote for Russ Camp for Silverthorne Town Council.

Support for Shattuck

I would like to voice my support for Tanya Shattuck for Silverthorne Town Council. My son and I have been friends with Tanya, her husband Pete and their beautiful labs for many years. Tanya is a friendly, outgoing, dependable person. She is a great representative of the people of our town, she has worked in a variety of positions over the years, owns a home here, volunteers her time, takes every opportunity to go outside skiing, biking, hiking with her dogs — she is the epitome of a Summit County local. Tanya would add a solid, well-grounded voice to the Council. I believe she would be a voice of reason and stand up for the local year-round population’s point of view in Council decisions. Please vote for Tanya!
