Cheyenne Mountain High School student put on a headdress to cheer on the Indians in their defeat of Lewis-Palmer in the 4A State Soccer Championship game at Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, Colo. A panel appointed by Colorado Gov. John HIckenlooper is urging the state's public schools to eliminate the use of such mascots as the Indians, the Warriors, the Savages, the Little Braves and the Redskins unless the schools partner with the tribes that have a historic connection to Colorado.
