Summit Fellowship to host free veggie dinner, health lecture next week
FRISCO — Summit County residents are invited to take part in a free veggie dinner and lecture at the Summit County Community and Senior Center next week.
The event — hosted by the Summit Fellowship of Seventh Day Adventist — will feature a health lecture from Dr. Dennis Lipton called “Plant Based Diets, Lipids and Longevity.” Additionally, guests will be treated to a menu including hoisin garlic vegan beef tips, basmati rice, Chinese eggplant, Asian spicy sesame cucumber salad and mango pudding.
