‘Summit in Honduras’ seeks books in Spanish

Daily News staff report

“Summit in Honduras”, a Breckenridge-based nonprofit organization, is seeking donations of books in Spanish for a literacy project in rural, western Honduras. The books will be used in remote village schools and to establish a library in the village of Nuevas Delicias, Copan, Honduras. All types of books in Spanish are needed, but children’s books are particularly in need. Books can be dropped off at the Breckenridge Recreation Center, South Branch (Breckenridge) Library, The Next Page Bookstore in Frisco, Silverthorne Recreation Center, and Silverthorne (North Branch) Library.
