Summit School District announces 2-hour temperature-related delay for Jan. 21, half-day preschools closed

All Summit School District schools will be on a two-hour delay on Tuesday, Jan. 21, due to extremely cold temperatures in the morning. Half-day preschools will be closed. Busses will run two hours late, according to the district.
According to the National Weather Service, temperatures will remain in the negatives until around 10 a.m. It is forecasting it will be minus 11-degrees at 7 a.m. and minus 7-degrees at 8 a.m.
