Summit ski resorts ranked in the top 10 for being the most family-friendly in the US

Two Summit County ski resorts have been ranked within the top 10 for the most family-friendly ski resorts in the U.S.

The Family Vacation Guide ranked 25 resorts based on the longest length of easy runs and the resorts with the most affordable lift passes for a family of four.

Four Vail Resort owned properties made the top 10, with Summit’s Breckenridge and Keystone being ranked in third and fourth, respectively. Both Breckenridge and Keystone ranked high due to the amount of easy terrain they have available and their hourly lift capacity.

Vail took the top spot despite having the most expensive lift passes for a family of four while Beaver Creek was ranked ninth.
