Summit superintendent launches October "Listening Tour"

Summit School District superintendent Heidi Pace intends to meet with parents at each Summit County school to listen to their needs and desires.

In an effort to provide the best possible education to each student, Pace wants to hear from thh community and dialogue about their children’s education. Opportunities for the informal conversations will appear in school newsletters.

They currently are scheduled as follows:

• Dillon Valley Elementary School – Oct. 3 – 8-8:50 a.m.

• Upper Blue Elementary School – Oct. 12 – 8:30-9:30 a.m.

• Frisco Elementary School -Oct 13 – 8:50-9:50 a.m.

• Summit Middle School -Oct. 14 – 7:30-8:15 a.m.

• Summit High School – Oct. 17 – 7:30-8:30 a.m.

• Summit Middle School – Oct. 18 – 5-7 p.m. (parent/teacher conferences)

• Summit Cove Elementary School – Oct. 19 – 8:30-9:30 a.m.

• Summit High School -Oct. 19 – 5-7 p.m. (parent/teacher conferences)

• Breckenridge Elementary School – Oct. 20 – 8:50-9:50 a.m.

• Silverthorne Elementary School – Oct. 26 – 8:30-9:30 a.m.
