Summit’s holiday hubub

A pack of Santas flood Main Street in Breckenridge in preparation for the Race of the Santas on Saturday, Dec. 6.

Santas sashayed their way down Main Street in Breck, while the wassail flowed in Frisco, shoppers strolled through Silverthorne’s Christmas Bazaar and singers belted out some classics in Dillon last weekend all in celebration of the holiday season. Now the trees all are trimmed, and Santa is dashing from place to place in last-minute preparation for Christmas, making guest appearances and calling children throughout Summit. Whether being pulled down Main Street by a Berner or wrapping yourself in an ugly sweater, there is something for everyone to do here during the holidays.
