TEDxBreckenridge to host INSTINCT event Sept. 30
TEDxBreckenridge’s INSTINCT event is coming up on Sept. 30. The event will be from 1-5:30 p.m. at Riverwalk Center in Breckenridge. The event will feature 12 speakers and performances, four artists, and 12 local businesses or organizations at Innovation Alley. Local speakers include Diane Calvin, Chris Fisher and Eligar Sadeh from Breckenridge, as well as Kara Napolitano and George Gerchow from Frisco. Adam Maxwell, Outside TV host and producer, will be the emcee.
New this year to the event is Innovation Alley, which will feature Summit County’s most innovative projects from local companies and organizations. The event will also feature four artists, each creating their own piece inspired by the theme, INSTINCT.
General admission tickets are going for $50. Supporter tickets go for $75 and a purchase puts the buyer’s name on the screen alongside some additional special perks. Donor tickets go for $150 and come with a backstage tour, access to the speakers and additional benefits.
Summit County residents can use the code LOCALS for $5 off to attend what is being billed at Breckenridge’s most innovative event of the year. All attendees will be entered to win a free season ski pass to Arapahoe Basin Ski Area. Tickets can be bought at TEDxBreckenridge.com.
