Texas man dies of heart attack in Summit County Saturday

SUMMIT COUNTY – Philip Nance, a 76-year-old man from Paris, Texas, died Saturday of a heart attack.

According to Summit County Coroner Joanne Richardson, Nance was having chest pain and was brought to the St. Anthony’s Summit ER by ambulance. He was being stabilized for a flight to Denver when he went into cardiac arrest. Nance and his family arrived in the county on July 2.
