John and Jamie Salvadore - Copper Mountain Inn

We were victims of the Copper Mountain Inn fire reported in the March 14th Summit Daily News. From the whole experience we naturally want to thank the firefighters and their efforts. Anytime they fight a fire like this they are putting their lives in harm’s way. We would especially like to thank two additional groups of people.

First, to those in Copper Mountain Property Management who made every effort to make our otherwise miserable lives at that time as comfortable as possible. They were efficient in tending to our needs for food and shelter.

In addition, our unit was heavily water damaged as a consequence of the efforts to put out the fire.

When we returned to our unit Sunday morning we found our furnishings and effects were very efficiently arranged and covered to minimize water damage. It seems to have worked. We are not sure which group was responsible for these actions, but our heartfelt thanks go to you too.

Thanks to all.
