Thanks to Mi Casa Restaurant & Cantina

Muchas gracias to Mi Casa Restaurant & Cantina for generously bestowing the proceeds of their 23rd Annual Cinco de Mayo Celebration to the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center (BOEC). Since the event began in 1984, Mi Casa’s Cinco de Mayo Celebration has contributed well over $250,000 to the BOEC. This years’ event was especially meaningful, as proceeds will benefit the Willie Whalen Memorial Fund, in memory of a BOEC Adaptive Ski Instructor who tragically died last year. Special thanks to Dick and Cathy Carleton, BOEC Honorary Board Members, Tracey Roach, former BOEC board member and managing partner of Mi Casa, and Julie Ludwig, Mi Casa manager.
