Thanks to the community/dinner volunteers needed

DAILY NEWS STAFF REPORT
Silverthorne, Colorado

Thanks to everyone who made this week’s community dinner at the Elks Lodge such a success. Doug Schwartz and Doug Pierce of Arapahoe Cafe cooked up ham, beans and mashed potatoes. Volunteers from Lord of the Mountains Lutheran Church also served bread, jello, dessert, tossed salad and milk. Out of 199 people served 101 were children! Next week, April 28, Rotarian Butch Elich will be spearheading the cooking and serving. If you want to participate as a volunteer please let us know. We need 12 volunteers to keep it running smoothly! Contact Deborah Hage at Deborah@deborahhage.com.
