‘The Book Club Play’ is now on at Theatre SilCo

Theatre SilCo’s first Mainstage Series production of 2025, “The Book Club Play,” is now playing through March 23.
“A hit comedy about books and the people who love them. When the members of a devoted book club become the subjects of a documentary filmmaker, their long-standing group dynamics take a hilarious turn,” a release about the play stated. “Add a provocative new member, some eyebrow-raising new book titles, and this gathering of six bibliophiles is about to spiral out of control. A delightful play about life, love, literature, and the side-splitting results when friends start reading between the lines.”
Theatre SilCo is leaning into the comedy show’s literary theme and will be hosting a book drive during the production’s 15-day run with Friends of The Summit County Libraries.
Discounted tickets will be available for “Locals’ Night” on March 11, “First Responders’ & Veterans’ Night” on March 13 and “Educators’ Night” on March 15.
