‘The Science of Sleep’ lecture slated for Monday

Do you have problems getting a good night’s sleep? Would you like to feel more rested and energized during the day? The Summit County community is invited to a lecture given by Dr. Helene Emsellem, entitled “The Science of Sleep: How to Sleep for Success” on Monday, from 7-9 p.m, at the Keystone Resort Conference Center, Castle Peak Room. Refreshments will be provided, and there will be ample time for questions.

Dr. Emsellem, is a nationally known sleep expert and the director of The Center for Sleep and Wake Disorders in Chevy Chase, Md. and an associate clinical professor of Neurology at George Washington University.

The lecture, “Town Meeting” for all community members, is an annual event sponsored by the Winter Conference on Brain Research, an international meeting attended by over 500 neuroscientists, held this year from Sunday through Thursday, at Keystone.
