The Summit Foundation’s annual golf tournament had ‘a good atmosphere’

BRECKENRIDGE – According to The Summit Foundation’s spokeswoman Corinne Kelly, the nonprofit’s annual golf fundraiser at the Breckenridge Golf Club and the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 was a great success. It ran June 13-14, and 130 golfers participated.

“It was a great upbeat atmosphere,” Kelly said in an e-mail.

Kelly also noted that funds raised during the golf tournament will be going directly back into the community for grants and scholarships. The exact amount of money raised was not available.

“Grand Lodge on Peak 7 was our title sponsor and walked away with a first-place finish as well,” Kelly added. “The team consisted of Rob Millisor, Mike Millisor, Mike Dudick and Nick Doran. It was a really fun day!”
