Tickets available for the Silverthorne Pavilion’s Feb. 14 comedy show

SILVERTHORNE – Co-headlining comedians Stephanie Blue and Patrick Candelaria will perform at the Silverthorne Pavilion at 8 p.m. Valentine’s Day to probe and ridicule male and female perspectives on romance. Stephanie Blum’s credits include winning first prize in the 2002 Ladies of Laughter Funniest Female competition at Madison Square Garden. In 2003 she followed with a won on CBS’ Star Search. Blum was then chosen by HBO’s U.S. Comedy Arts Festival to be their 2003 “Breakout Performer.”Patrick Candelaria has fifteen years’ experience on comedy stages, as well as with professional theatre and street performance (juggler and magician). Candelaria has performed with George Lopez, Darryl Hammond, Tommy Chong, Sherman Hemsley and Paulie Shore. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. for guests who want to guarantee a good seat and enjoy a cocktail or light snack prior to the show. Tickets are on sale now at the Silverthorne Recreation Center for $15 a piece until 5 p.m. on Feb. 14. At 7:30 p.m., the tickets will go back on sale at the Pavilion door for $18 each. Seating is open. However, guests purchasing tables of eight or more may reserve tables in advance. Tickets may be purchased by credit card by calling (970) 262-7370.
