To the citizens of Summit County: an apology for cutting trees

Eugene Gregory - Breckenridge

This is a letter of apology. I am sincerely sorry for having 54 lodgepole pines removed from national forest land overlooking the Breckenridge Ski Resort. I have acknowledge my conduct and have agreed to replant them in accordance with a reclamation plan established by the U.S. Forest Service.

I apologize to the public for the harm caused by the removal of these trees.
