Printing and Painting Fabric Demonstration

Keystone, June 28

11 a.m., Art Gallery at Keystone Lake. Quilters call it ‘ surface design’. Artist Keats Scott will be demonstrating the technique of painting and stamping fabric. The demo will include carving stamps to be used on fabric or paper. The Gallery also features a variety of other art mediums including jewelry, watercolor, photography, wood carving, cut glass and more. Gallery opened Sunday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. , Saturday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

Blue Ribbon Bacon Tour

Keystone, June 28

1 p.m., River Run Village. With thousands of pounds of bacon and bacon-inspired cuisine at your fingertips, you won’t want to miss this weekend-long celebration of bacon. Along with bacon cuisine youll enjoy free live music from Gypsy Moon, Rob Drabkin, Josh Blackburn, Arthur Lee Land, Hells Belles and Zoso The Ultimate Led Zeppelin Experience.

2 p.m., Riverwalk Center, 150 West Adams Ave. The second annual Music at the Summit Adult Band Institute, sponsored by the Summit Concert Band, will present On Parade, a free symphonic band concert. The concert is open to the public with free admission. Returning as Conductor will be Dr. Graham O. Jones, who retired in 2012 as the Senior Director of Music for the British Royal Family at Buckingham Palace. DooWop Denny Rockin Oldies Show

Frisco, June 28

4 p.m., Blue Spruce Inn, 20 Main St. Denny’s back for another summer in the Summit. Join the fun and dancing with his renditions of music of the 50s, 60s and 70s.

Keystone Tennis USTA Tennis Tournament

Breckenridge, June 28

9 a.m., Keystone Tennis Center, Highway 6 and Tennis Club Road. Serve up some weekend fun by participating in the Keystone Tennis USTA Tennis Tournament.
