Colorado Demo Days
Copper Mountain, Dec. 5 & 6
8:30 a.m., Copper Mountain Resort, 209 Ten Mile Circle. Gear up for the 5th Annual Colorado Demo Days by celebrating our state with Colorado-grown skis, boards, and bands. Enjoy local bands and test out some of Colorados best new equipment from some of its best companies. Local and regional reps will be on hand to answer all of your questions.
Trivial Psychic
Frisco, Dec. 5
8 p.m., Barkley Ballroom, 610 Main St. The Peppinos Winter Kickoff Party – Live music by rock jamband Trivial Psychic. Free pizza and beer until it’s gone. No cover, music at 9:30.
Never Summer and Icelantic Demo Day
Dillon, Dec. 5
All Day, Arapahoe Basin, 28194 US Highway 6. Come by and meet our Never Summer and Icelantic friends for a FREE ski and snowboard demo! To demo boards, all you need are bindings and a credit card. To demo skis, all you need is a drivers license or credit card. Neither company will charge your credit card for the demo but keep it while you are out testing the skis and boards. Please keep in mind, you do need a lift ticket or pass to ride or ski on the mountain.
Meet Santa
Breckenridge, Dec. 5
5:30 p.m., Barney Ford House Museum, 111 E. Washington Ave. After the tree lighting in the Blue River Plaza stroll across the street to the historic Barney Ford home and museum to see Santa! The museum is decorated for a classic Victorian Christmas and Santa may have some treats for good boys and girls.
Bernese Mountain Dog Procession
Breckenridge, Dec. 5
4:45 p.m., 400 South Main. The procession starts at 5 p.m. and moves South to North on Main Street. Park at Riverwalk Center or “F” lot. Lights will be handed out on a first come, first served basis. All carts will go first in the procession. There will be Bernese Elfs to guide you. Look for the hats that say “Elf.”
