Tom Vitalone: Speeding problems

I’m sure you have heard of the speeding in neighborhoods (especially Fairview Blvd.), but I had to send this in. Being sick of the speeding, and little being done, I painted on the road “SLOW DOWN” the other day. Two days later, some moron, painted below it “LEASH YOUR PETS.” The real reason I want people to slow down is so my 3-year-old son doesn’t get run over. OUR KIDS ARE NOT LEASHED.
