Town hall on budget issues set for Saturday in Frisco

Sen. Jeanne Nicholson and Rep. Millie Hamner will be joined by Rep. Mark Ferrandino for their first joint town hall meeting set for 10 a.m. Saturday at Abbey’s Coffee in Frisco.

Nicholson said they plan to go over issues and challenges related to the state budget at the meeting. Constituents will have an opportunity to ask questions and discuss their priorities with the legislators.

Ferrandino, who sits on the joint budget committee will be able to provide insight on state budget issues, Nicholson said.

The event is free and open to the public. Abbey’s Coffee is located near the intersection of Main Street and Summit Boulevard, behind the Backcountry Brewery.
