Town of Frisco promotes Jim Donahue to sergeant


Frisco Police Chief Tom Wickman recently announced the promotion of Officer Jim Donahue to sergeant.Donahue was sworn in on May 25 at the Frisco Town Council meeting. Donahue has been with the Frisco Department since April 2004, after four years with the Silverthorne Police Department.Donahue will be working with Frisco’s two other sergeants, Mark Heminghouse and Tina White, to provide additional supervision. “I am looking forward to supporting the patrol staff as a sergeant and continuing to grow both professionally and personally at the Frisco Police Department,” Donahue said.”My role in the organization has changed, but the mission is the same: service to the community, enhancing the quality of life, protection of life and property, and working as a community to solve the problems we face,” he added. “I am excited for the challenges this new position will offer.”
