Upper Blue Elementary seeks community readers

Upper Blue Elementary students will help kick off the “Reach out for Reading” program at noon Dec. 7 at the Summit County Community and Senior Center, where students will read to seniors and vice versa. “Developing lifelong readers with good reading skills is a priority for our children at Upper Blue,” said principal Kerry Buhler. “We are asking community members to share their love of reading with our students.”Community members are welcome to come to the school once or several times to read to students in kindergarten through fifth grade.
