I hope every eligible voter in Summit County will take the time to vote. We have the option for absentee ballots as well as early voting in case Nov. 7 is inconvenient. Your voice is important as well as your choice. Do you really want someone else to decide for you?5A is important for the stability of Summit County. Most working families in Colorado, let alone in Summit county do not have the resources to purchase a home that costs $300,000.00 to half a million dollars. We can either support 5A or import our work force (transportation is an issue) and have the very real possibility of not having the services available when we need them. Who’s going to clean the roads after a major snow storm? How many of our firefighters actually are from Denver and just stay at the firehouse during their 48-hour shift? What about the rest of the service industry? How about health care workers? Please consider this and take time to vote.Thank you for your consideration.
