Want to donate to the Garden of Hope?

FRISCO – To help local animal lovers mourn past pets or to help them find new ones, locals are creating a community gathering place, Garden of Hope, next to the Summit County Animal Shelter.

A stone bench, the first part of the garden, was recently installed. Trees and wildflowers will be planted soon to embellish the area.

If anyone would like to donate items for the garden – like wildflower seed, trees, or gravel for the path – funds can be submitted to LAPS at P.O. Box 2512, Frisco, CO, 80443.

Checks must be made out to LAPS, with a note written on the check’s memo area indicating that it’s for the garden.
