State transportation department spokeswoman Mindy Crane it’s expected to be one of the most significant snow storms this season and snow plows are gearing up to keep roads clear. Crane says hundreds of snow plows are being deployed on the plains, while other crews are prepared to keep mountain highway arteries clear.
