Warren Station to host movie and concert series to kick off ski season
To commemorate the start of ski season, the Keystone Neighbourhood Co. will be hosting a series of movies and events for its Keystone Kick-off.
On Saturday, Nov. 2, Warren Station will be hosting two showings of Warren Miller’s latest film, “75,” which celebrates 75 years of Warren Miller films. The first showing is at 3:30 p.m. with doors opening at 3 p.m., and the second starts at 6:30 p.m. with doors opening at 6 p.m. Tickets cost $15 for adults and $10 for kids with sale proceeds going to Dillon Valley Elementary.
On Saturday, Nov. 9, Warren Station will be presenting two showings of Matchstick Productions’ newest ski film, “Calm Beneath Castles.” The first showing is at 4 p.m. with doors opening at 3:30 p.m., and the second starts at 6:30 p.m. with doors opening at 6 p.m. Tickets cost $15 for adults and $10 for kids with a portion of the sale proceeds going to Team Summit.
On Friday, Nov. 15, there will be a screening of the 1985 classic “Better off Dead” at the Warren Station. There will be a $1 beer special, and attendees are encouraged to dress in ’80s attire. The doors open at 5:30 p.m., and the show starts at 6 p.m. Tickets cost $5.
On Saturday, Nov. 9 Warren Station will be hosting the Keystone Kickoff concert featuring local bands CB3 and El Paso Lasso. The theme is all-out denim. The doors open at 6 p.m., and the show starts at 6:30 p.m. Tickets cost $5.
