Way too much trash is dirtying Summit County

Jim Braden - Frisco

It’s time we clean up our act. There is way too much trash coming out of car windows, dropped on the trails, on the streets and sidewalks, on the bike path – everywhere.

Food wrappings, aluminum cans, cigarette packages, plastic bottles, construction debris, tissues, etc. can be found everywhere.

Most of us are here because we think this is a special corner of the world. Whether you live here, or are just passing through, let’s show our respect for Mother Nature, and our fellow travelers by disposing of our trash properly – and picking up other people’s trash as you pass by.
