Wendy Field memorial set for Saturday

DAILY NEWS STAFF REPORT

Former Breckenridge, Alma and Wisconsin resident Wendy Lynn Field was fatally injured in an automobile accident on Dec. 19, 2007; she was on her way to work.

Wendy was born March 5, 1959, in Madison, Wisc., to Richard and Corrine Paffenroth.

Wendy is survived by her husband, John “Brud” Field, who adored her; as well as her mother, Corrine Paffenroth; and her two loving sisters, Bonnie Paffenroth and Dawn Folker and their respective families. Wendy was also dearly loved by many people too numerous to mention.

Wendy loved the outdoors, especially sailing, skiing and travel adventures with Brud.

She will be remembered for her radiant bright light shown on everyone she met, everything she did, and the genuine kindness which touched all who knew her.

A local memorial will be held at the Alma Town Hall from 2-5 p.m. on Saturday.

The family wishes to express their heart felt appreciation to all of those who have opened their hearts and sent their love and concern.
