Whose friends are they?

RE: Three groups raise bucks for big box question (SDN Nov. 30) While perusing the list of expenditures for the Friends for Frisco’s Future (the pro Home Depot group), I found it interesting that they chose to spend $247.85 at a national copy chain in Dillon and a whopping $1,797.19 at a copy store in Eagle. All while only $100.36 was spent in Frisco, despite there being four stores that have full-service printing and copying capabilities and are locally owned. I just have to wonder: Where do their loyalties lie? What a shame that Friends for Frisco’s Future doesn’t appear to be a friend to existing local Frisco businesses, or care about their future.
