Winter storm leaves 3-8 inches on Summit


SUMMIT COUNTY ” An overnight winter storm has left between 3 and 8 inches of snow across the county and area resorts.

Loveland Pass has now re-opened. On Interstate 70, the Chain Law is in effect for commercial vehicles both eastbound and westbound around Eisenhower Tunnel and Vail Pass. Numerous accidents have been reported on I-70.

Summit County roads are snowpacked and icy. This story will be updated.
