Women’s Center gives talk on anger management
On Tuesday, the Summit Women’s Center will present a workshop entitled, “Family Anger Management.”
Child psychologist Dr. Carol Gerard will provide strategies and answer questions for mothers and fathers in the latest installment of the Women’s Center’s parenting series.
“Anger is a very common phenomenon in families, but it doesn’t get talked about a lot,” Gerard said. “Parents need to deal with their anger before they can help children with theirs.”
The workshop will begin at 7 p.m. in the Community and Senior Center in the County Commons near Frisco.
The event is made possible by a grant from the Gay and Lesbian Fund for Colorado.
