The 172-unit Vista Verde workforce housing development in Breckenridge is set to open its lottery on Tuesday, Aug. 6 through Aug. 16.
The lottery process will randomly determine who is offered a chance to apply for a unit, during which time applicants will be vetted to ensure they meet income and work requirements for the complex. Qualified residents must work at least 30 hours per week in the county.
The units, which include studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, will be targeted to county residents making between 80% and 120% of the area median income. In 2024 figures, that represents an income range of $68,240 to $102,360 for an individual, according to data from the Summit Combined Housing Authority.
Those interested in entering the lottery can submit their information online at VistaVerdeHousing.com.
