Youth hunting opportunities available

DAILY NEWS STAFF REPORT

Grand County is offering some unique opportunities this fall hunting season. Middle Park Habitat Partnership Program will sponsor coordinated hunts on private property during elk and deer seasons. Youth hunters between the ages of 12 and 17, as well as adult mentors, and private property owners are invited to participate. There will be no charge. The earlier season hunts will be very limited; most hunts will take place during the late cow elk season from Nov. 21-29.
