Letter to the editor: Arapahoe Cafe in Dillon is important to Summit County’s identity

Longtime businesses located in historic buildings, such as Arapahoe Cafe in Dillon, are important part of the identity of Summit County.

If the town of Silverthorne can figure out how to keep The Mint operating amidst redevelopment, I know the town of Dillon can achieve the same outcome.
