Letter to the editor: Below-zero temperature days don’t happen often anymore

Mark P. Addison
Frisco

I wasn’t around for the Little Ice Age, but I do remember the birth of our children in the ’60s when the temperature was 23 degrees below zero in January in Boulder. I’ve only been in the county for thirty years but remember skiing on 10-degrees-below-zero days in the ’90s.

Now those days don’t happen often.
