Letter to the editor: Frisco should build a pedestrian walk to the reservoir

I’ve read that the Frisco Town Council may have extra money in its account. May I suggest using some of those funds to build a pedestrian walk from the playground to the reservoir? Now everyone — people, their kids and their dogs — must use the driveways while competing with people in their cars looking for a parking place.
That might be an accident waiting to happen.
