Letter to the editor: Send I-70 bound Breckenridge drivers through Frisco

Ken Gansmann
Silverthorne

While researching this letter to the editor about the Westbound Interstate 70 Express Lane Project, I came to realize that I-70 Exit 205 to Silverthorne and Dillon has no temporary traffic solution. However, Exit 203 to Frisco and Breckenridge does. Westbound traffic backs up there because of northbound drivers from Ten Mile Drive going west around the roundabout.

With proper signage coming north from Breckenridge directing westbound traffic through downtown Frisco, those drivers would have a shorter drive, get to embrace the feel of downtown Frisco and not cause so much backup at westbound I-70 at Exit 203.
