Isolate dangerous longboarding daredevils (letter)

So, pedal-assisted electric bikes are prohibited on the bike paths around Lake Dillon and Silverthorne as well as in the town of Frisco. Too dangerous! But they have brakes!

However, racing downhill on longboards on bike trails apparently is allowed and even glorified in your recent article. They have no brakes. Where does the liability lie for this waiting-to-happen accident? Innocent other-users of the bike trails are not prepared to be mowed down by these bombers. Isolate these daredevils in an appropriate spot away from less-dangerous users.
