Katelyn Esty is the advertising operations manager for Summit Daily News and Sky-Hi News. She joined both Summit Daily and Sky-Hi in April of 2025. In her current position, she oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of print and digital ad campaigns. With a strong background in client services she ensures seamless coordination between sales, design, and editorial teams to meet advertising goals and exceed client expectations.
Prior to joining the newspaper, she held roles in program management and marketing coordination as a contractor for FEMA, where she developed a passion for media strategy and communication.
Originally from Maine, Katelyn moved to Colorado in 2021. She went to Old Dominion University to study communication, where her passion for human services and connection grew. In her free time, she enjoys camping, skiing, biking, backpacking, hiking 13er and 14ers, all activities by the water, and most importantly spending quality time with her family.
