Red Mountain Grill is a Dillon favorite for burgers, sandwiches, pizza, pasta and more. House specialties include smoked prime rib, St. Louis BBQ ribs, fish-n-chips and pistachio-crusted Rocky Mountain trout.
The restaurant boasts one of the best happy hours in Dillon, with two-for-one select draft beers, well liquors and house wine every Monday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Happy hour eats include $5 cheese pizzas with $1 toppings and $7.95 wings with a choice of three sauces.
With more than 20 specialty cocktails on the menu, like the flirtini made with Red Bull and Pomegranate, or the Greeg Goddess made with pomegranate vodka, Sierra Mist and sweet-n-sour mix, it’s the perfect spot for an afternoon drink after skiing or work, or just because!
Chef’s specials also rotate daily and seasonally, so come back often for new and exciting twists on delicious dishes.
