Chris Froome, fresh off winning last month’s Tour de France, will race in Colorado’s third annual USA Pro Challenge on Aug. 19-25, his Team Sky’s website reported Friday.

Froome will be joined in Colorado by American riders Danny Pate of Colorado Springs, Joe Dombrowski and Ian Boswell. Others include Tour de France teammates Peter Kennaugh, Richie Porte and Kanstantin Siutsou. The eighth member is Josh Edmondson.

Teams have until Monday at noon to submit rosters.

“We’ve seen the reports out of Sky,” Pro Challenge CEO Shawn Hunter said. “We’re very excited, but we’re waiting for confirmation. Having the yellow jersey in Colorado is epic. It’ll be the best Challenge ever.”
