Bike MS Colorado road tour fundraiser returns to Front Range from June 24-25

Did you miss out on Ride the Rockies registration? No problem — bike-tour season is just beginning.

From June 24-25, more than 3,000 cyclists are expected to raise more than $3.6 million to help people affected by multiple sclerosis at the 32nd annual Bike MS: Colorado — a two-day, 169-mile bike journey on the front range. Registration is $85 per participant with a minimum fundraising goal of $400.

Day One of the ride begins in Westminster and finishes in Fort Collins before heading back to Westminster and the finish line on Day Two. The route features beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains as cyclists ride through rural towns, farmland and the Horsetooth Reservoir.

Bike MS, hosted by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, attracts nearly 100,000 participants nationwide in more than 80 rides. To date, Bike MS cyclists, volunteers, sponsors and donors have raised more than $1 billion to help people affected by MS live their best lives. Bike MS includes people living with MS, their friends, families and neighbors, as well as corporate teams and individuals who are driven to support critical MS research and life-changing services for people living with MS, according to a release from the event organizers. People living with MS can also participate in “I Ride with MS,” a special program recognizing Bike MS cyclists living with the disease.
