Copper Series completes 20 years with Sunday’s slalom and GS competitions

Summit County, CO Colorado

COPPER MOUNTAIN ” In its 20th year, the Copper Series is Colorado’s largest and longest running amateur snowboard series and is now the largest in North America.

So far this season more than 1,000 athletes have competed in one or more events at Copper Mountain, Winter Park and Howelsen Hill in Steamboat Springs.

Copper is also the home of the 2008 USASA (United States of America Snowboard Association) Nationals.
